Boston’s Best Approach to Personal Training

Strength Training is for Everyone

Let’s hit the weights.

Strength training is the most beneficial form of training for the body regardless of age, gender, goal or training history. It doesn’t matter if you are training for a marathon, to look good, for your wedding, to recover from an injury, or to feel better, strength training will improve your quality of life in all aspects.

Consistency is how we will see results.

As much fun as a group class can be, following a personalized program overtime will give you a better outcome.

The details are everything.

That’s where I come in!

By working one-on-one with a coach it allows you to learn about movement and what works best with your body without the fear of injury.

It gives you an opportunity to gain knowledge about the training we are doing, rather than following a random program that isn’t designed for YOU.

Personal training takes into account what you do and don’t like, what injuries you had or have, and your day to day life. It is tailored to your needs, your wants, your goals.

"I have absolutely loved working with Paige. During the past year I got into a real funk with my fitness habits so I decided to see a personal trainer and am so happy I did because Paige is phenomenal!

She has a deep knowledge of human physiology and tailors our sessions to fit my body and my goals.

She is meticulous with everything she does and pays attention to how my body moves so that she can customize every movement and exercise.

I am stronger, healthier, and more confident since working with her and I would recommend her to anyone!"

“I began training with Paige about a year ago. I used to be moderately athletic, but a busy work and travel schedule made it very difficult for me to work out.

I was looking for someone to help me get back into better physical shape; increase both my cardiovascular endurance and my strength.

Paige listened to me and designed a thoughtful training program specific to my goals and my schedule and flexible to support my progress.

Most importantly, she’s made exercising fun for me again and I couldn’t have achieved what I’ve done without her. She is a true partner dedicated to helping me achieve my goals.”
