Meet your coach, Paige Pratt
Boston’s Favorite Personal Trainer
Movement can change your life.
Throughout my entire life, I've been an athlete. From early summer mornings in the pool, to late night sprints on the soccer field, I've always known what it was like to push my body.
I earned my degree in exercise science and realized how much there was to learn about the body and the way it moves.
Today, as a personal trainer, I get to combine my love of exercise with my knowledge of the body to teach my clients something new.
This makes work not only exciting, but extremely rewarding. From a college soccer athlete to a full time trainer, movement has been an integral part of my life and now I get to share it with you!
Now tell me about you.

Why am I the best personal trainer for you?
What separates me from the rest? From preparing for my own preseason to coaching my younger siblings, exercise and fitness have been pillars in my life for as long as I can remember. My passion for helping others began in my sophomore year at Endicott College where I completed my first internship at Harmeling Physical Therapy. Throughout this internship, I worked as an aid where I learned how to properly work through the most common injuries. From hip replacements to ACL tears, I had the opportunity to gain an incredible amount of knowledge about the importance of adapting and recovering. I wanted to build upon this experience so I transitioned to a new role working at Spaulding Rehab in their Adaptive Sports Program. Here I was able to work alongside some amazing trainers and learned how to customize each and every activity to the patients needs.
This experience made me realize how much more I wanted to learn about the body, so I started to study for the gold standard of the fitness industry, the CSCS. To become a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist you must have a degree in the field and a CPR certification, and even with a degree the pass rate is still around 50 percent. After passing this exam I still continue to study and develop as a coach since this is an industry that is continuously evolving.
I can guarantee you one thing, I will help you move and feel better and at the end of the day that is my number one priority.
