Here is my take on nutrition,
We have to eat so let’s keep it simple and make it taste good.
Nutrition coaching is something I do with all of my clients.
Nutrition should be part of your life, not what your life revolves around. Our first assumption of eating well is chicken, broccoli and rice and although some days it hits the spot, we can’t live off of it.
I’m going to help you find that balance.
