What does this look like?
Asking for help can be the hardest part but hey you’re doing it so step one, done.
Personal training is done in person, where we meet 1-3x a week depending on goals and flexibility, spending the hour working together on mobility, strength, coordination and conditioning,
But it doesn’t end there. At the end of each session you are given goals to achieve before we meet again. Whether the focus is sleep, nutrition, exercise, or flexibility, you are responsible for getting these tasks done before our next session.
